The design incorporates specific Miele, Westinghouse, and ASKO appliances, with detailed specifications and placement. The drawings clearly mark which appliances are required for factory delivery.

The drawings showcase custom joinery designed and constructed by Interspec Custom Joinery, including cabinetry, shelving, and a pull-out bin with an inner drawer. The material specifications are clearly listed, including White Melamine HMR for the carcase, MR MDF for the doors, and Artedomus ELBA marble for the benchtop.

The color scheme features Dulux Dark Door SG5C9 for the doors, filler panels, and kick face. The drawings specify the use of Blum Merivobox silk white runners and highlight the different handle types, including 130mm sharknose finger pulls and 20mm flat finger pulls.

The design incorporates a mix of base and wall cabinets, with a focus on creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing laundry space. The elevation views illustrate the placement of appliances, drawers, and shelving, while the perspective drawings provide a visual representation of the completed laundry. The shadowline detail above the doors adds a modern touch.
